Welcome to the official transcript request site for students and alumni of 91ÅÝܽ.
The cost for ordering a transcript is $15 when ordered using the on-line ordering tool. Orders placed in person "on demand" at the Enrollment Services office service window are $25. Payment online is via a major credit card. When ordering in person at the Enrollment Services office payment can be made by credit card or by check, made out to 91ÅÝܽ.

Visit the Enrollment Services office on your campus for an on-demand transcript for a fee of $25.
Typically, orders are processed and sent out within five business days. During high-volume periods such as end of semester processing, examinations and commencement, there may be a delay of up to 10-15 days in processing transcript requests. Therefore, transcript(s) should be requested well in advance of these periods.
At 91ÅÝܽ, transcript records contain only information about academic status, which includes any academic disciplinary and academic standing actions that affects the student's eligibility to re-enroll. The University adheres to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. A student's record will not be released without prior written consent from the student.
We do not fax transcripts or accept fax requests.
