Aperol Spritz

Italy's beloved aperitivo — a bright, bubbly, bittersweet spritz that's effortlessly elegant.

Ingredients

• 90 ml Prosecco
• 60 ml Aperol
• 30 ml Soda water
• Orange slice × ⅓
• 150 g Ice cubes

Method

1. Build Over Ice

   

   Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes. Pour the prosecco over the ice.

2. Add Aperol

   

   Add the Aperol and give it a very gentle stir. Top with a splash of soda water.

3. Garnish and Serve

   

   Garnish with a fresh orange slice. Serve immediately while fresh and bubbly.
