Hot Dogs

Juicy hot dogs in soft buns with ketchup, mustard and diced onion. A no-fuss crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

• Hot dog sausages × 2
• Hot dog buns × 2
• 1 tbsp Ketchup
• 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
• Onion × ⅓

Method

1. Heat the sausages

   

   Simmer the hot dogs in a pot of hot water — small bubbles, not a rolling boil — for 5 minutes until plump and heated through, or pan-fry them in a frying pan over medium heat until browned.

2. Warm the buns

   

   Lightly toast or warm the buns.

3. Assemble

   

   Nestle the hot dogs in the buns and top with ketchup, mustard and finely diced onion.
